¬¬Handover of SouthCity Square Shophouse is targeted for July 2019
JAKARTA – PT Setiawan Dwi Tunggal is targeting the handover of the SouthCity Square 1 and 2 shop houses in the middle of next year. The project, whose initial construction process began in July 2017, has reached the topping off stage.
This retail and commercial center project is built in the main area of SouthCity, Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang. With a land area of 17,000 square meters, SouthCity Square is a two-story building consisting of 44 shop houses with 326 parking lots and a pedestrian with a green landscape.
Sales & Marketing Associate Director of SouthCity, Stevie Faverius Jaya, explained that the area of this shop unit varies, from 5.5m2 x 17.5m2 to 11.85m2 x 17.5m2. With a parking area built underground on the basement floor, each shop unit is offered starting at around Rp. 4 billion.
This, according to Stevie, is because the project is located between three different regions, namely South Jakarta, Cinere and Pondok Cabe. This 55 hectare integrated development area consists of a new residential area of Fortunia Residences, residential apartments, shopping centers, offices, and hotels in Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang.
Some of the accesses to the area include the Lebak Bulus and Fatmawati MRT stations, the Depok-Antasari toll road through the Andara and Brigif toll gates, and the Cinere-Jagorawi toll road via the Cinere toll gate.
“This access factor is what buyers and tenants take into account. To that end, we also build infrastructure first, namely public roads within the area and bridges that open direct access from Pondok Cabe to Cinere,”added Stevie. Stevie said, the investment for this project reached Rp 200 billion. Next year, this property developer plans to launch The Parc residential project. This residential project will be built on 1 hectare of land.
